At the end of May, we gathered to celebrate our Class of 2026 with a beautiful graduation Mass and ceremony! Fr. R.J.'s homily had the perfect message: these kids are so easy to celebrate. Looking around the church that evening, it was impossible not to be moved by the outpouring of love and support surrounding them. Their presence was a testament to the impact these young people have had on the lives of those around them. Our graduates are not only accomplished students, but also kind, thoughtful, and faith-filled individuals who have built meaningful relationships and touched countless lives throughout their time at STM.

To our graduates: we could not be more proud of you. While it is difficult to say goodbye, we are filled with excitement and hope as you take the next steps in your academic journeys. As you begin this new chapter, we pray that you carry with you the values of your Jesuit education: a commitment to faith, justice, compassion, service, and being a person for others. Know that you will always be part of the Saint Thomas More family, and we will always be cheering you on! May God continue to guide your path, bless your endeavors, and lead you closer to the person He needs you to be. Congrats Class of 2026! πŸ’™πŸŽ“

The Paul Molitor Award is presented each spring in honor of Major League Baseball great, Paul Molitor. Paul attended our school when it was known as Saint Luke’s before continuing his baseball career at Cretin-Derham Hall and the University of Minnesota, eventually going on to have a distinguished Hall of Fame career in the MLB. ⚾

This award is given to one eighth-grade boy and one eighth-grade girl who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to athletics throughout the year. These students embody the true spirit of sportsmanship, show respect for the game and for others, and continue to be supportive teammates long after the final whistle blows.

Congratulations to our 2026 Paul Molitor Award recipients: Fintan and Lucy! We are proud to celebrate your dedication, character, and leadership both on and off the field! πŸ†πŸŽ‰

Field Day was a BLAST this year thanks to our incredible seventh graders, whose creativity, planning, and leadership made the day so much fun for everyone! Our students loved the sponge relay, tug-of-war, water balloon toss, and so many other exciting games. More than just a fun afternoon, Field Day is a wonderful reminder of the joy of being together as a school community, and celebrating the end of another fantastic year. We are ready for more summer fun! β›±οΈπŸŒž ... See MoreSee Less

Our More's 4's graduated with flying colors, big smiles, and lots of giggles! This class jumped right in and made the most of every moment this year; learning new routines, asking big questions, building foundational skills, and discovering the joy of learning together. Their growth has been incredible to witness. πŸ’™

We are so proud of these curious, kind, and spirited learners as they take their next big step toward Kindergarten. Congratulations, More’s 4’s, your adventure is just beginning! πŸŽ‰πŸ“š

Last week we had our annual Spring Concert, led by our incredible eighth graders! Each year, our graduating class takes the lead by choosing the theme, selecting the songs, and even writing the introductions for each performance. This year's theme was "One Hit Wonders," which meant crowd favorites like "Take On Me," "Somebody That I Used to Know," and "Riptide." The highlight of the night was seeing our Kindergartners perform the Macarena and then inviting the audience to join in! We’re officially convinced every concert should include a dance break from now on.

The Spring Concert is always the perfect way to celebrate another wonderful school year coming to a close. Thank you Mr Pollock for all the amazing work you do with our students! πŸŽΆπŸ’™
