PAT LOFTON

Pat Lofton

PRINCIPAL

Education:  B.A., University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee; M.A., Marquette University; Ed.S., University of St. Thomas; Post-grad fellowship in Christian School Leadership, Calvin College.

Experience:  Pat has 26 years of experience in Catholic education.  He began his teaching career as a middle school teacher at St. Mark’s in St. Paul before serving (his first term) as principal of St. Thomas More (then called IHM-St. Luke’s).  Pat has also served as Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the National Catholic Educational Association in Arlington, VA.

Philosophy:  Pat loves seeing a Jesuit education shape students into young people who are faith-filled, intellectually curious and prepared to make a difference in the world.

Hobbies/Interests:  Pat loves spending time with his family, friends and community.  He is an accomplished cook and enjoys preparing meals for his family or a crowd.
