Amy is often the first teacher that students have at STM when they are just five years old. After 16years here, Amy believes the people make the school special. The inquisitive and kind students, engaged families, and a dedicated, joy-filled staff are who help every child feel known and valued.
Her favorite teacher was encouraging, patient, and joyful. These are the qualities that Amy strives to share as she helps young learners grow in confidence, compassion, and a love of learning.
Saint Anthony of Padua is a favorite because his compassion, patience, and dedication to helping others resonate with Amy’s work. Outside school, she enjoys baking and cheering on her children. Her favorite children’s book is The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, and Venice, Italy, is her favorite travel destination.
