Jacob has taught at STM since 2024 and appreciates being part of a community where people genuinely support one another and want to see each other succeed. His favorite teachers were the ones who noticed the little things, genuinely cared about their students’ success, and were willing to go above and beyond when someone needed help.
Saint Martha became a favorite of Jacob’s after he encountered a childhood story about her taming a fearsome legendary creature using only a cross, holy water, and a sash – he still remembers it being one of coolest thing he had ever heard (both St. Martha and the monster).
Outside of school, Jacob enjoys going to the movie theater. The Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan are his favorite children’s books, and Switzerland is the top destination he has traveled.
