Faculty & Staff

Lorelei has been at STM since 2019, but her career working with young children began much earlier. After taking a position as a preschool assistant 30 years ago, she discovered a love for teaching that has stayed with her ever since. At STM, Lorelei especially appreciates the sense of community created by its families and staff. Her second-grade teacher, Mrs. Case, remains memorable for being kind, encouraging, and creative.

Mother Teresa is Lorelei’s favorite saint because of her kindness, compassion, and devotion to people who were sick or poor.

When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, cooking, and doing Pilates. Yoko is a favorite children’s book, and St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands is her favorite travel destination.
